As I have mentioned previously, I am working my way up the JCI Trainer career path and certification. I have now finished the documentation for the training Active Listening, and I have uploaded it to JCI for review.
If the training and the materials are accepted, I will be granted the next level of my JCI Training certification ladder and become an International Graduate. Being accredited International Graduate show my commitment to JCI, and my experience in conducting trainings in different languages, cultures and countries.
I am curious. I am impatient. I am terrified. What if they turn me down? What if my training is not "good enough"? At least I will know soon, so I can move from the mental state of uncertainty into the state of knowing.

The best of luck
Hi Kai!
Good luck with becoming an IG, I am deadsure they will accept you.
So let us know when you are also giving JCI Trainer!
Cheers,
