I am sitting at an airport, again. Plane leaves in several hours, I am stuck. At least they have decent beer here, my glass is filled with Guiness.
My mind starts drifting. Back a week, back to Budapest. Back to the JCI European Conference 2009. Where I conducted two of my trainings, namely Active Listening, and Coach to Lead.
